Caroline Ketting
After studying natural sciences and continuing my education as a lecturer and systemic coach at the university of applied sciences, I found my passion in personnel consulting and coaching. In my trainings I use my many years of intercultural experience as a recruiter, career consultant and manager for profit and non-profit companies in the Netherlands and Germany.
My strength lies in helping you discover options, so you can make decisions and succeed in the future.
After completing my chemistry studies (1995) in Leiden, the Netherlands, I started my career at the employment agency. Here I gained basic knowledge in the field of employement services, sector- and profession-knowledge and management experience. The transition to an American consultancy firm, where I worked as a headhunter and HR manager, was exciting. Before moving to Germany with my family, I worked at Dutch ministry where I was responsible for the application process, job market communication and the recruitment team.
After the move to Germany and a family phase I further developed my career in the university sector. Here I accompany scientists in their career orientation, planning and (non-academic)
applications and professors with the recruitment, onboarding and further (personal) development.
I founded Ketting Coaching in 2018 and work as a coach and trainer alongside my university work.
The support and motivation of people in their individual professional decisions are the central aspects in my personal career. My strength lies in showing people the way to develop options independently and step by step, make decisions and celebrate successes.
